Returns & Refund Policy
At Affluence U, each bag is custom-made with care and created specifically for every order. Because of the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds once an order has been confirmed.
No Returns or Refunds
All sales are final. We are unable to accept returns or provide refunds for:
* Change of mind
* Incorrect customer selection
* Personalized or custom-made items
* Minor color variations due to screen display differences
Order Cancellation
Orders cannot be canceled or modified once production has started.

Receipts
All receipts included in the parcel are priceless. The complete invoice (with price) is sent to the buyer by email once the parcel is shipped and will be also gathered in Affluence U client account.
