Return & Refund Policy

At Affluence U, each bag is custom-made with care and created specifically for every order. Because of the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds once an order has been confirmed.

No Returns or Refunds
All sales are final. We are unable to accept returns or provide refunds for:

* Change of mind
* Incorrect customer selection
* Personalized or custom-made items
* Minor color variations due to screen display differences

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at customerservice@affluenceu.com with:

* Your order number
* Clear photos of the item and packaging

We will review the issue and, if approved, arrange a replacement where applicable.

Order Cancellation
Orders cannot be canceled or modified once production has started.
